Whole30 Meal Plan Quick Facts (please read!):

  1. Most of the recipes below serve four.
If you’re cooking for more or less people, you’ll need to adjust the amounts of each ingredient on the grocery lists. Simply go to the recipes and tap the serving button, then slide left or right to adjust.
  2. Whole30 is 30 days, but I left this meal plan at 28 days.
Why? Because we all know that STUFF HAPPENS, right? You might have leftovers for one night, eat out one night, or even buy a frozen meal from Walmart to take the night off from dishes. That’s expected, and it’s totally normal. If you want to eat at home the whole time, just repeat your favorite meals for the last two nights, or check out my post with SEVEN 20 minute Whole30 dinner recipes!!
  3. Don’t be afraid of the grocery lists!
They might seem long, but you won’t need to buy everything on them every week. Once you have garlic powder or hot sauce in your pantry, you don’t have to buy it again. There are a lot of items like that!

To make your Whole30 a little easier, I recommend eating any leftovers from dinner for lunch the following day, as often as possible!

For breakfast, make a frittata once or twice a week, eat leftovers, or just make some ingredient meals. Check out my breakfast recipes page for some delicious ideas (the Whole30 ones are labeled).
