Most recipes are designed to be completed in 30 minutes or less. Some include quick prep tips that you can do ahead of time to help hit that 30 minute mark. These recipes are designed for busy weeknights where time is precious!
Every recipe includes easy swaps for gluten and dairy free restrictions. Recipes are also labeled with low carb, high protein, dairy free, and gluten free. We also include macro nutrition information for each recipe.
I wouldn't recommend this for a vegetarian family. Each recipe has meat as the main protein.
That's totally normal! Every family has different preferences. You can take what you want and skip what doesn't work for your family. Plus, each recipe includes substitution suggestions to help customize flavors and ingredients to your family's taste.
You can download and print any recipes you love. If you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the dashboard with the recipes online.

These recipes are designed for real home cooks, not professional chefs. Every recipe includes clear instructions and tips to help you succeed, even if you're just starting out in the kitchen.
Short answer, no! A lot of our meals will use kitchen helpers like a slower cooker or air fryer, but it's not a requirement to have those. Our air fryer recipes will always include instructions for baking in the oven. If you don't have a slow cooker and don't want to get one, you can skip those recipes and replace them with another favorite!
