baby red potatoes

olive oil

tablespoons
ranch seasoning
or

packet dry ranch reasoning

bunch
parsley
chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (20°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
Wash and dry the potatoes, then use a knife to cut each of them in half.
Add potatoes, olive oil and Ranch seasoning to a large mixing bowl. Using a large spoon, stir the mixture well to thoroughly coat the potatoes.
Arrange the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving space between them so they are not touching.
Cook for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and can be pierced easily with a fork.
Notes
This recipe can be made with any variety of potato with a thin skin, such as Yukon Gold or fingerling.
