Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (20°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
Wash and dry potatoes then cut in half.
In a large mixing bowl add potatoes, olive oil and Ranch seasoning. Mix thoroughly until well coated.
Add the potatoes to the baking sheet in a single layer. Leaving space between so they are not touching.
Cook for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
