Ranch Seasoning
¾teaspoondried parsley
¾teaspoondried chives
½teaspoononion flakes
½teaspoondried dill
⅛teaspoonsea salt
¼teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Make the ranch seasoning (if using): Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse until broken down and well combined.
Preheat your air fryer to 375° F.
Meanwhile, wash and slice the potatoes into half inch wedges, cutting away any brown spots you might find. Rinse the wedges in a large colander. Drain the water, then pat each slice dry with paper towels.
To a large bowl, add the potato wedges, oil, and seasoning. Use your hands to combine everything together, being sure to evenly coat the potatoes.
Carefully arrange the potatoes in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one so the air can circulate.
Close the basket and air fry for 12-15 minutes, turning the wedges over halfway through the cook time. Note: Watch closely near the end of cook time, and remove any that may be getting too brown to prevent them from burning.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
To store leftovers: Allow the wedges to cool, then transfer to an airtight container or zip top bag. Seal and store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.To reheat leftovers: Preheat your air fryer to 375° F. Add the potato wedges to the air fryer with a little space between them. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until heated through and crispy again. Serve immediately.
