Ingredients
16oz.broccoli slaw
1/3 - 1/2cupranchbe sure it's compatible, like Tessemae's or homemade.
1/4cuppepitas or sunflower seeds
1/4cupdried cranberriesunsweetened or sweetened with 100% juice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl, starting with 1/3 cup of ranch. Toss to mix completely, and taste. If you'd like more dressing, add a bit more and toss again. Repeat until it's the way you like it.
Notes
To store: Transfer the slaw to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. For best taste, enjoy leftovers within 1-2 days, although it's perfectly safe to store for up to 4 days.
