Add all the ingredients to a blender or small food processor and pulse until the mixture is broken down into a powder.
Store in an airtight container until you're ready to use it. It will stay fresh for about 6 months.

As a dip: Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of sour cream or mayo for dipAs a dry rub or seasoning: Use 3/4 to 1 teaspoon per serving. About 2 tablespoons of mix is the substitute for a packet of store bought ranch seasoning.
