Wash the kiwis, oranges, and spinach well. Peel and quarter the oranges. Cut the kiwis in half. All pieces of fruit should be small enough to fit through the juicer chute.
Make the Juice
Juicer: Turn on the juicer and add all the ingredients one at a time. Juice the kiwi, oranges, and spinach according to the user instructions of your juicer. Add any optional ingredients as well. Once all the juice is extracted and separated from the pulp, turn off the juicer.Blender: Add the fruit to a blender with 1 cup of water, apple juice, or coconut water. Blend it on high speed until it’s totally smooth. You can drink it as-is, and it will have the consistency of a smoothie. For a juicier consistency, pour and press the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth. This separates the juice from the pulp.
Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, per USDA.

Notes
Yield: This recipe yields about 24 ounces (3 cups) of juice, but the exact amount will depend on the ingredients used and the efficiency of your juicer. If you add optional ingredients, this can change the yield as well. Optional ingredients:
2 cups strawberries
2 diced apples
1 cup kale
2 diced mangos
1-2 peeled lemons
1-inch fresh ginger
2 cups diced pineapple
Peeling kiwis: You do not need to peel the kiwis unless you prefer to! Kiwi skins are edible and healthy. Storage: Store homemade juice covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Don’t leave it at room temperature for longer than 2 hours, per USDA. Fresh juice will separate as it sits, so stir the juice before drinking.Flavor: Adjust this recipe to taste. Feel free to add more oranges, spinach, or any other ingredient you enjoy. If the tart kiwi taste is too strong, you can dilute the juice by juicing another orange or by adding a little water.
