Creamy, tangy, and bursting with fresh herbs, this Greek Yogurt Sauce is a versatile and flavorful addition to any meal. Made with thick, rich Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon, and a blend of fresh dill and parsley, it’s both refreshing and incredibly easy to make!
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dill, and parsley.
Add lemon juice and olive oil. Stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Notes
Use real Greek yogurt. Regular yogurt doesn't have the thick consistency that Greek yogurt does, so be sure to stick with Greek yogurt for this recipe!
Let the flavors develop. While you can serve the sauce right away, letting it sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes helps the flavors blend together for an even better taste.
Mix the sauce thoroughly. This will help you to have an even amount of each ingredient throughout.
