In a medium sized pot, place eggs with water just to cover on medium/high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, cover and remove from heat and let sit covered for 15 minutes.
Remove eggs from pan and place in an ice water bath for at least 5 minutes. Remove shell from eggs, and set aside.
Slice eggs open, and remove the yolk into a separate bowl. Begin to mash the cooked egg yolks in the bowl until crumbly. Add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper and stir until combined and smooth.
Pipe or spoon into eggs, and top with your favorite garnishes. Enjoy!

Deviled eggs will store In the fridge for up to two days. Store in an airtight container in a single layer.
