Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and combine on High speed until smooth and creamy.
Divide the smoothie among two glasses, and serve while cold.

To freeze leftover smoothie: Pour into a silicone ice cube tray. Set in the freezer overnight or until frozen solid, then remove the smoothie cubes and transfer to a freezer bag. Squeeze the air out of the bag, close, and store in the freezer for up to 2 months. When you make another smoothie, add a few smoothie cubes to the blender for extra flavor.
