Ingredients

diced dragonfruit
fresh or frozen
2/3
cup
mango juice
2/3
cup
100% white grape juice

tablespoons
lemon juice
freshly squeezed, about 2 lemons

lemon
sliced, for garnish
ice

coconut milk
or almond milk, to make a Dragon Drink, optional
Instructions
Add the dragonfruit and lemon juice to the blender. Blend just until the fruit is broken down and smooth.
Fill the glasses with ice cubes. Pour the dragonfruit and lemon mixture into each glass.
Add white grape juice, mango juice, and coconut milk (if using) to each glass, then give it a stir with a straw or spoon.
Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon, and you’re in business! Enjoy!
