Preheat your waffle iron to medium heat. Spray or rub lightly with oil or ghee.
Carefully spoon 1/2 cup of stuffing onto the waffle iron. Close the waffle iron. Cook for 4-5 minutes. The waffle should be crispy on the outside but not burnt.
Meanwhile, cook the eggs in any way you prefer.
Transfer the waffle to a plate and top with the cooked egg. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Spoon a tablespoon of cranberry sauce on top and serve. Repeat the waffle making process.
