6oz.nuts or seedslike almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews, sunflower seeds, or pipitas.
6oz.vegetableslike olives, pickles, cornichons, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, avocado, or marinated artichokes.
4oz.fresh berrieslike raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries
4oz.spreadslike romesco, pesto, baba ganoush, or tapenade.

Instructions
Wash the fruit. Slice the meats, cheeses and vegetables into bite sized pieces. Transfer any spreads or dips into small dishes.
Assemble all the elements on a large tray or board. Serve immediately. Note: For safety, after two hours at room temperature or 1 hour at temperatures over 90°F, food should be returned to refrigerator to chill, per USDA.
Notes
To prepare in advance: Slice all the meats, cheeses, and vegetables (except avocado and boiled eggs). Wash the fruit. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Slice avocado and eggs, if using, and assemble all the elements on a board or tray just before serving.
