Add all salad dressing ingredients to a container with a lid, or to a small mixing bowl. Shake or whisk well to combine.
Keep the dressing in a covered container in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.

For extra flavor, add some fresh dill or oregano to the mix. Just keep in mind that if you use dried herbs, you may need to adjust the amount so the flavor isn't overpowering.While it may seem like a pain to squeeze lemons for fresh juice, it really does make a more flavorful dressing. So don't use concentrated lemon juice unless you absolutely have to.Keep it in a reusable salad dressing container so that you can easily dispense it onto your favorite salads!
