Ingredients
2-3
broccoli stems
florets removed

tablespoon
olive oil or avocado oil

teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Remove florets from broccoli stems. Cook the florets separately if desired.
Pulse in food processor into rice sized pieces (¼ inch).
Stir fry in a pan over medium heat until softened.
Season with oil, salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
