Combine the ground turkey, egg, almond flour, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Mix the meatball ingredients together with a spoon or your hands until well combined.
Scoop out the meat mixture with a spoon or cookie scoop and form into meatballs that are about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch each other. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Remove the cooked meatballs from the air fryer and serve with your favorite sauce!
