Ingredients
1
large head
cauliflower
cut into florets
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
2
tablespoons
nutritional yeast
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
1
tablespoon
fresh chives
chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil and lemon juice.
In a separate small bowl, mix nutritional yeast, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss cauliflower florets in oil mixture, then sprinkle with the nutritional yeast mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
Place cauliflower in air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for the best texture.
Don’t overcrowd the basket. Work in batches for crispier results. Adding too much to the air fryer basket at once will steam the cauliflower instead.
