Honey  Roasted Parsnips & Carrots

A delicious and simple side dish equally perfect to serve on holidays and busy weeknights!

Thyme

Parsnips & Carrots

Honey

Vinegar

Oil

Honey Mustard

Salt

Tip: Look for medium size parsnips, similar in size to carrots.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix together the honey sauce.

2. Toss the carrots and parsnips with the sauce and lay on a baking sheet.

3. Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, stopping halfway  to flip.

Once they're tender and caramelized, remove from the oven.

Serve with your favorite holiday dishes or any weeknight main, like chicken, salmon, pork, and turkey..
